By accessing or using titlepawn.org (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.
2. What the Site is
TitlePawn.org publishes general consumer information about title pawns and title loans in the United States. The Site is editorial. It is not a lender, a broker, an aggregator of lender leads, or a financial advisor. We do not originate, fund, service, modify, or facilitate any loan. Nothing on the Site creates a lender-borrower relationship between you and us.
3. Not professional advice
The Site provides general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction. Title-loan rules vary by state and change over time; specific lender terms vary by contract. 4. Calculators and tools
The calculator and any other interactive tools on the Site are provided for informational purposes. Outputs are estimates based on simplified assumptions about state APR ranges and standard amortization. They are not loan offers, not credit decisions, and not guarantees of the rate, fee, or payment any lender will quote you. Do not rely on tool output as a substitute for the disclosures a licensed lender is required to give you under state and federal law.

When you use the Site you agree not to:

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TitlePawn.org and its operators from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. State-specific regulation of title loans
Title-loan products are regulated at the state level. Some states permit title loans with caps on rates and rollovers; some prohibit them outright. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the law in your state. The presence of a city or state page on this Site does not constitute a recommendation to take out a title loan in that location, nor does it mean any specific lender operates there.
12. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last reviewed on” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
